Q: Why should I have my bin cleaned?
A: Not only is your bin cleaned, but it is also disinfected and de-ordourised. This provides you with the peace of mind that your bin is left hygienically clean by removing germs, viruses and fungi thereby protecting you, your family, your home, your staff, your customers or your business.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No. We pride ourselves on customer service and therefore feel that contracts should not be necessary.
Q: What if I’ve paid in advance and then move home?
A: You can continue having your bin cleaned at your new home if you are staying within areas we cover. If not, there’s a “no-hassle refund policy”. I’ll refund you for the remaining cleans.
Q: Do you clean commercial bins outside normal work hours?
A: Yes, we do clean commercial bins. All that is required is a booking in advance.
Q: Do you use hazardous chemicals?
A: We use only non-hazardous, biodegradable, environmentally safe approved cleaning products supplied by Enviro Safe Solutions.
Q: What suburbs do you service?
A: In Perth we service from Mindarie to Forrestfield, back out to Cottesloe.
